At StayAmi, we prioritize transparency and accountability in all financial transactions. Therefore, we have implemented a strict No Cash Dealing Policy across all interactions, including those involving our representatives, staff, officers, users, owners, and guests.

Policy Guidelines:

1.      Online Payment Only
All payments for services, bookings, or transactions related to StayAmi must be settled through online methods such as bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or secure payment gateways.

o   Cheque Payments: In certain exceptional cases, payments can be made via cheque. However, this is subject to prior approval and must be processed through the official channels only.

2.      Prohibition on Cash Transactions
StayAmi strictly prohibits any cash transactions between the company and any individual, including our representatives, staff, officers, users, owners, and guests. We do not engage in, nor endorse, cash payments under any circumstances.

3.      Responsibility and Liability
StayAmi does not hold any responsibility or liability for transactions conducted in cash. Any dealings outside of our online payment systems are at the sole risk of the parties involved and are not recognized or endorsed by StayAmi.

4.      Awareness of the Policy
Users, owners, guests, and all associated parties must be fully aware of this policy and are advised to ensure that all financial transactions are conducted through the authorized and official methods provided by StayAmi.
